WHEN WILL I GET MY TRACKING NUMBER?

Once your payment has cleared, you will receive an e-mail when your order has been processed (this may take up to 5 business days).

You will receive a second confirmation e-mail once your order has shipped, which will include your tracking number and a link to follow the journey of your package.

If there is a problem with your tracking number or package delivery, please contact the courier directly prior to contacting us.

Please allow 5-7 business days for the tracking information to show. In some rare cases, the tracking information may not update but you will still receive your order.

HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?

Usually 2-3 weeks. Due to high demand of some of our most popular products, please allow 2-6 weeks for delivery.

If your order hasn’t arrived in the estimated delivery times, please contact our support team at support@energytreasures.com

If your order hasn't arrived within 90 days of the date of original purchase, contact our support team for a full refund on your purchase.

(This policy excludes errors made by customers when providing shipping details on their order(s) or missed parcel deliveries).

DO YOU DELIVER PRODUCTS INTERNATIONALLY?

LoL Gadget successfully ships A LOT of apparel worldwide each day. We have many happy customers in every corner around the world!

Occasionally, we may have to cancel an order we are unable to send out due to prohibitive shipping to some areas of the world, but we always try to ensure our apparel is available to everyone.

CAN I CHANGE MY ADDRESS AFTER MY ORDER IS PLACED?

It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that she or he enters the shipping address correctly.

We do our best to speed up processing and shipping times, hence there is a very small time gap to cancel/change your order or to change the address of your order. If you decide to cancel your order or change your shipping address, please write to us at support@energytreasures.com within 48 hours of placing your order.

We will do our best to make the change, however we cannot guarantee that we will be able to do so, as there are varying time limits in which we are able to do so.

If it's too late for our team to cancel your order, you can return your order to us once you've received it. If it does get returned back to our warehouse, we can then ship it to the correct address.
